Lightweight Components from Material Selection to Mass Production
OEM Manufacturing for Lightweight Materials:
Magnesium | Titanium | Aluminum | Carbon Fiber.
We Don't Start With a Material. We Start With the Component.
The right material depends on the component's weight, strength, stiffness, corrosion resistance, temperature, manufacturability and cost requirements.
Aikerly evaluates these requirements before selecting the appropriate material and manufacturing process.
Aikerly coordinates OEM production through qualified manufacturing partners, providing one point of contact from prototype development through final delivery.
01 Engineering Review
01 Engineering Review
We review your drawings, specifications, application requirements, material options and manufacturing feasibility to identify potential issues before production.
02 Material & Process Selection
02 Material & Process Selection
We evaluate magnesium, titanium, aluminum and carbon fiber options together with the appropriate manufacturing process, balancing performance, weight, cost and production requirements.
03 Prototype & Sample Production
03 Prototype & Sample Production
Once the manufacturing route is defined, we coordinate tooling, prototypes and initial samples for dimensional, functional and application validation.
04 Testing & Optimization
04 Testing & Optimization
Where required, components can be evaluated through real-world testing, engineering analysis and design or process optimization before production release.
05 Mass Production
