Ti alloy Daily necessities
Aikerly provides custom titanium alloy components and finished parts for daily-use products, consumer products, outdoor equipment, and specialty applications.
Titanium is selected when a product requires a combination of low weight, strength, corrosion resistance, durability, and premium appearance.
Typical custom titanium applications include:
Wallet components and frames
Keychains and small hardware
Belt buckles and clips
Outdoor equipment components
Fasteners, brackets, and structural parts
Handles, connectors, and fittings
Custom machined titanium components
Other customer-designed titanium parts
Titanium Alloy Options
Depending on the application, Aikerly can support commonly used titanium grades such as:
Grade 2
A commercially pure titanium grade with excellent corrosion resistance and good formability. Suitable for applications where corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, and manufacturability are important.
Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
A high-strength titanium alloy widely used for demanding lightweight components. Suitable for machined parts, hardware, outdoor equipment, and premium consumer products where strength-to-weight performance is important.
Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V)
A medium-strength titanium alloy offering a useful combination of strength, ductility, corrosion resistance, and formability. It can be considered for selected lightweight components and tubular applications.
Custom Manufacturing
Aikerly can support titanium components from material selection and design review through manufacturing and quality control.
Depending on the part, manufacturing routes may include:
CNC machining
Cutting and forming
Turning and milling
Forging or other forming processes
Surface finishing
Assembly of custom components
Material grade, dimensions, manufacturing process, surface treatment, tolerances, quantity, and inspection requirements are determined according to the specific part and application.
