Die Casting Workshop
CNC Milling
For brackets, housings, mounts, shafts, fixtures, structural parts, and other precision components.
Common materials include 6061-T6, 7075-T6, 5052, and other aluminum alloys according to the application.
Custom profiles for frames, rails, channels, supports, heat sinks, and structural applications.
For suitable designs, extrusion can reduce machining time and material waste, particularly at production volumes where tooling can be justified.
For more complex shapes and higher production quantities.
Typical parts include equipment housings, motor housings, power-tool components, automotive parts, and electronic enclosures.
Cutting, bending, welding, machining, and finishing can be combined to produce complete aluminum components and assemblies.
Aluminum alloy selection depends on component design, mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, formability, machinability, manufacturing processes, and cost. Aikerly supports material selection for a range of industrial components and can evaluate different alloy grades according to project requirements.
6061-T6
A versatile engineering alloy with good strength, machinability, and corrosion resistance, suitable for machined components, structural parts, and general industrial applications.
7075-T6
A high-strength aluminum alloy for components requiring high strength-to-weight ratios and demanding mechanical performance.
5052
Offers good corrosion resistance and formability, making it suitable for sheet-metal components, enclosures, and formed parts.
6063
Commonly used for extruded components where profile geometry, surface finish, and corrosion resistance are important.
Other Aluminum Alloys
Depending on the application, other alloys may also be considered, including 1050 and 1100 for electrical or general-purpose applications, 3003 for formability and corrosion resistance, 5083 for marine and other demanding environments, and 2024 for components requiring high strength and fatigue performance.
If the alloy has already been specified, Aikerly can coordinate manufacturing according to the customer's requirements. If not, material selection can be reviewed alongside component design, manufacturing feasibility, required performance, applicable specifications, and cost.
Before asking a manufacturer to quote, we look at the details that can materially change the production cost or feasibility.
Aluminum alloy and temper
Part dimensions and wall thickness
Critical tolerances
Machining requirements
Extrusion or casting feasibility
Tooling requirements
Surface treatment
Quantity and annual demand
Inspection requirements
Packaging and delivery requirements
For example, a part requiring extensive CNC machining may be better suited to an extrusion, forging, or die-casting route when production volume is high enough.
The objective is not simply to find the lowest factory price.
It is to find a workable production method at a reasonable total cost.
Depending on the component, production can include:
CNC milling and turning
Aluminum extrusion
Die casting
Forging
Laser cutting
Sheet-metal forming
Welding
Drilling and tapping
Anodizing
Powder coating
Bead blasting
Painting
Assembly
Multiple processes can also be coordinated for a finished component.
Aikerly is not positioned as a catalog manufacturer with a fixed list of aluminum parts.
We coordinate production around the customer's requirement.
Drawing / Sample → Engineering Review → Manufacturing Route → Supplier Selection → Quotation → Sample → Production → Inspection → Delivery
This approach is useful for overseas companies that want to manufacture aluminum components in China but do not want to manage several factories and production processes themselves.
Send us the drawing, CAD file, sample, or basic requirements.
We can review the part, identify suitable production options, and coordinate a manufacturing quotation.
