AikerlyCF product  process

The manufacturing process of carbon fiber products typically includes the following steps:

Designing the mold: Based on the shape and size of the product, a suitable mold is designed.

Cutting the carbon fiber fabric: The carbon fiber fabric is cut to the desired shape and size, ensuring that the direction of the fibers is correct.

Pre-treating the carbon fiber fabric: Prior to manufacturing, the carbon fiber needs to be pre-treated, such as removing static electricity and setting it into shape.

Resin impregnation: The cut carbon fiber fabric is placed in a resin impregnation tank for a certain period of time.

Compression molding: The impregnated carbon fiber fabric is placed in a mold and subjected to high temperature and pressure to achieve the desired shape.

Curing: The molded product is placed in a curing chamber for solidification, achieving the required hardness.

Trimming and polishing: The molded product is trimmed and polished to smooth and even out the surface, meeting the required specifications.

The above are the basic manufacturing processes for carbon fiber products, but specific production methods may need to be adjusted according to the product and requirements.
