AikerlyAluminum Alloy Product Tolerances

Aluminum Plates (Plates)

Thickness Tolerance: Typically controlled within ±0.1 mm to ±0.5 mm, depending on the thickness of the plate.

Width Tolerance: Generally ±1 mm to ±3 mm, depending on the width of the plate and production process.

Length Tolerance: Usually controlled within ±2 mm to ±5 mm, especially for longer plates.

Aluminum Rods (Rods)

Diameter Tolerance: Typically ±0.1 mm to ±0.5 mm, based on the diameter and specifications of the rod.

Length Tolerance: Usually ±2 mm to ±5 mm, with larger deviations possible for longer rods.

Aluminum Tubes (Tubes)

Outer Diameter Tolerance: Generally controlled within ±0.1 mm to ±0.5 mm, depending on the outer diameter of the tube.

Wall Thickness Tolerance: Typically ±0.05 mm to ±0.2 mm, based on the wall thickness requirements.

Length Tolerance: Generally ±2 mm to ±5 mm.

Aluminum Profiles (Profiles)

Cross-Sectional Dimension Tolerance: Typically ±0.2 mm to ±1 mm, depending on the complexity of the profile's cross-section.

Length Tolerance: Usually controlled within ±2 mm to ±5 mm, depending on the total length of the profile.

Aikerly primary processes

Aluminum Plates (Plates):

Hot Rolling: Heating the aluminum alloy to high temperatures and pressing it through rollers to form plates.

Cold Rolling: Further processing the aluminum alloy at room temperature through rollers to achieve the desired thickness and surface finish.

Cutting: Cutting large-sized aluminum plates to the required dimensions.

Aluminum Rods (Rods):

Extrusion: Heating the aluminum alloy and forcing it through a die to form rod shapes.

Cutting: Cutting the extruded aluminum rods to the required length.

Aluminum Tubes (Tubes):

Extrusion: Forcing aluminum alloy through a die to form tube shapes.

Stretching: Using stretching processes on the extruded tubes to precisely control diameter and wall thickness.

Cutting: Cutting the extruded and stretched aluminum tubes to the required length.

Aluminum Profiles (Profiles):

Extrusion: Heating the aluminum alloy and forcing it through a die to form profiles with specific cross-sections.

Cutting: Cutting the extruded aluminum profiles to the desired length and shape.

Machining: Further processing the profiles to meet specific application requirements, such as drilling, milling, etc.
