Quality inspection

Quality inspection plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, and carbon fiber products. We employ the following quality inspection methods:

Visual Inspection: This involves visually examining the product for any visible defects such as surface imperfections, cracks, or irregularities in shape or size.

Dimensional Inspection: We conduct inspections to verify that the product meets the specified dimensional requirements. This may involve using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, or coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to accurately assess dimensions and tolerances.

Mechanical Testing: We perform mechanical tests to evaluate the mechanical properties of the materials used in the products. Parameters such as tensile strength, hardness, impact resistance, and fatigue strength are commonly tested to ensure the products meet the required specifications.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Our quality inspection includes NDT methods to detect internal or surface defects without causing damage to the product. Techniques such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, and dye penetrant testing are employed to identify defects that may not be visible to the naked eye.
