Magnesium alloy welding wire Description

Magnesium alloy welding wire is used for various wrought magnesium alloy and cast magnesium alloys. There are mainly common AZ31, AZ61, AZ91D and other magnesium alloy welding wires, which are mostly used in outdoor products, auto parts, bicycles, aerospace and other fields.

The company has developed a new type of general-purpose magnesium welding wire. Conventional magnesium alloy welding wire requires the wire to be exactly the same as the base metal.

The new general-purpose magnesium welding wire can be used for welding magnesium alloys of different grades, and can also be used for welding casting and magnesium alloys of different deformations.   

This technology is advanced both domestically and internationally, providing not only superior welding performance but also good compatibility, a small heat-affected zone, and optimal weld flowability, thus ensuring high-quality welding of magnesium alloys.

Grades

Welding wire 1 is capable of welding materials such as AZ31, AZ50, AZ61, and others, with specifications ranging from Φ1.2 to 6.0 mm. 

Welding wire 2 is designed to weld materials such as AZ50, AZ80, AZ91, and others, with specifications ranging from Φ1.2 to 6.0 mm.
