Dissolvable Magnesium Alloy

We offer two series of various grades of dissolvable magnesium alloy materials with stable mechanical properties and controllable dissolution rates. These materials have a density ranging from 1.38 to 1.99 g/cm³, a strength of 120 to 480 MPa, and can operate within a temperature range of 20 to 200°C.

 We provide dissolvable magnesium alloy rods with diameters ranging from 20 to 300mm and various lengths. We have the capability to develop new grades of dissolvable magnesium alloys according to customer requirements.

Through strict production process quality control and quality testing methods, we ensure stable product quality and excellent performance.

We collaborate with relevant universities to develop dissolvable magnesium alloys to meet the demand for high-strength, rapidly dissolvable sealing tool materials in unconventional oil and gas resource extraction. Dissolvable magnesium alloys can self-dissolve after fracturing operations, avoiding the need for complex drilling and debris blockage in oil passages, thereby improving oil recovery efficiency.
