High Strength and Toughness Cast Magnesium Alloy

Semi-continuous casting rods

Our researchers have solved technical problems such as grain refinement and component segregation control of large-size semi-continuous casting rods, improved product quality, and reduced extrusion production costs for enterprises.

ASTM standard rod tensile strength 260Mpa, yield strength 190-200Mpa, elongation 14-15%.

Aikerly can provide rod tensile strength 300-350Mpa, yield strength 210-250Mpa, elongation 15-25%, and can also produce specific products according to customer needs grades of magnesium alloy blanks.
