Titanium alloy TC4 belongs to (α+β) type titanium alloy, which has excellent comprehensive properties. The strength of TC4 is 1.012GPa, the density is 4.51g/cm3, and the specific strength is 23.5. The thermal conductivity of titanium alloy is low, and the thermal conductivity of TC4 is l=7.955W/m·K. The alloy can work at a temperature of 400°C for a long time; the alloy has good process plasticity and superplasticity, and is suitable for various pressure processing and forming . The alloy can also be welded and machined in various ways. The alloy is mainly used in the annealed state, and it can also be strengthened by solid solution aging treatment.

TC4ELI

Ti 6AL-4V ELI or TC4ELI grade is a higher purity form of Ti 6Al-4V. It is the first choice wherever high strength, light weight, good corrosion resistance and high toughness are required. Tc4 is used in components such as aeroengines, airframe components, marine equipment, offshore oil and gas equipment, power generation industry, components and medical equipment and other industrial applications. Replacing structural steel such as 30CrMnSiA with TC4 titanium alloy can reduce the weight of parts by about 30%.
